BTL AGENCY is present on the Serbian market for over 20 years as one of the leading BTL agencies. We are increasing our team and looking for: Account Manager

Responsibilities

·         Planning marketing and communication activities 

·         Planning, controlling and implementing marketing projects according to deadlines 

·         Managing project timelines and budgets

·         Managing multiple tasks simultaneously

·         Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns and projects

·         Communicating with clients on a daily basis 

·         Arranging and attending meetings with clients and preparing reports

·         Working closely with Creative Team

·         Participating and leading the pitch process within the agency 

Skills required

·         Strong planning and organizational skills

·         Minimum 3 years of experience in advertising campaigns 

·         Negotiation and presentation skills

·         Self-confident, energetic, detail-oriented and customer focused personality

·         Personal initiative and innovation

·         Ability to deal with difficult and stressful situations

·         Excellent knowledge of English language

·         Driving license
