DoForms is a SaaS-based software company with headquarters in the United States.

We are seeking to hire an experienced:

Account Manager

with excellent English communication skills to provide account management services to our existing client base

This is a full time, work at home position.

As our clients are located in the US, the job hours are 8 am to 5 pm EST time (an hour for a lunch break).

Responsibilities Include:

• Help clients set up forms online and provide any support needed
• Provide phone and email support to client on general matters
• Follow up with client base once a week with new software releases and promotions
• Identify clients who are ready to upgrade and put them in touch with the sales team

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent English speaking and writing communication skills
• Able to work EST hours (our clients are based in the US)
• Experience working with CRM’s
• General account management experience
• Proactive in resolving client problems
