Job Description:

As an Account Manager/Sales Operative in the online gambling industry, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement and sales efforts, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with VIP players and converting new leads into loyal customers. Your role will involve managing VIP accounts, providing personalized support, and driving sales initiatives to enhance player retention and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include converting first-time depositors into regular players, nurturing leads, and ensuring a premium gaming experience for our VIP clientele.

Hard Skills:

  • Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
  • Knowledge of online gambling products, software, and services.
  • Experience with sales strategies and techniques tailored to the online gambling industry.
  • Proficiency in using Telegram and WhatsApp for client communication.
  • Understanding of gambling terminology and usage of gambling platforms (back offices).

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities with VIP clients.
  • Persuasive and negotiation skills to drive sales and conversions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to enhance player engagement and satisfaction.
  • Adaptability to evolving customer needs and industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with VIP players, providing personalized support and exclusive offers.
  • Convert first-time depositors into regular players through effective communication and tailored incentives.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to VIP player inquiries via various communication channels, including Telegram and WhatsApp.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to convert leads into active players.
  • Provide information about online gambling products, promotions, and account-related matters.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion processes.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing exceptional service.
  • Monitor player activity to identify opportunities for increased engagement and revenue.
  • Participate in promotional activities and events to enhance player loyalty.
  • Analyze player data to inform and improve account management and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in account management or sales, in the online gambling industry.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
  • A solid understanding of online gambling products, software, and services.
  • Understanding of gambling terminology and usage of gambling platforms (back offices).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate VIP player needs.
  • Fluent in English at a minimum B2 level.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
