We are looking for an:
Duties and responsibilities:
- Administrative work.
- Record and maintain files and records.
- Keep track of original documents.
- Ensure accurate processing of invoices.
- Communicate with costumers regarding various issues.
- Communicate and coordinate with finance department on tasks associated with daily business functions.
- Controlling, verifying, and generating invoices for the customers and preparing accounts payable checks.
- Preparing summaries and periodic status reports.
- Requirements: University degree (Faculty of Economics and similar).
- Fluency in English along with PC skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Team player.
- Previous administrative work experience is a plus, but not required. Training opportunities will be provided by the company. Working hours 09:00-18:00.
