Accountant – Shared Service Center Belgrade

LUDWIG PFEIFFER Hoch - und Tiefbau GmbH & Co. KG, Kassel, Germany is searching for: Accountant – Shared Service Center Belgrade

Requirements:

·         University or College degree in Economics

·         At least 3 years of experience in financial accounting, preparing tax declarations, creating/participation in annual financial reports

·         Fluency in English

·         Experience in construction area and knowledge of French, Russian or Spanish will be considered as advantage

Main responsibilities:

·         Booking incoming and outgoing interim payment certificates, incoming/outgoing invoices, bank statements, petty cash records of Branches, checking tax declarations and reconciliation with tax accounts

·         Reconciling general ledger, accounts receivables and accounts payables with local bookkeeping

·         Checking uploaded documentation in Office 365/Share Point

·         Communication with local accountants, branch/project manager and with finance department in head office in Germany

Candidate’s profile:

·         Pro-active attitude with autonomous and reliable personality

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Willing to travel when and if necessary
