Job description and responsibilities:

• Control of received documentation in accordance with applicable legal regulations
• Invoicing and other materials and services paid for subcontractors
• Bookkeeping of incoming documents (invoices, Interim Payment Certificates from subcontractors, import calculations, bank statements)
• Bookkeeping of outgoing documents (Invoices, Interim Payment Certificates)
• Bookkeeping other (fixed assets, inventories, payroll, petty cash, loans)
• Participation in monthly and year- end closing
• Cooperation with audit, tax inspection and supervisory authorities

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting/Finance/Economy
• Good Microsoft Excel skills
• Accounting experience is an advantage
• Experience with Quickbooks is an advantage
• Proficiency in English language (written and spoken) is required
• Analytical mind with attention to detail
• Team player
