Accountant

We are looking for several professionals to join our Finance and Accounting Department.

Responsibilities:

• Different accounting procedures: billing, cash receipts, bookkeeping, payroll.
• Performing basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing documentation.
• Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email.
• Preparing and analyzing financial reports.
• Assisting with audits, fact checks, reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Working professional level of English language.
• (Comfortable) Working in the afternoon hours, 3PM-12AM.
• Proficiency with computers and accounting software.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional time management.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
• Professional manner and strong ethical code.
• Ability to multitask, remain motivated and positive.
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
• Bachelor in a related field.
• Working experience in the related field.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office.
