Job Description

An established, multi - family office located in Zurich with a strong focus on international clientele is looking for a highly dynamic individual to fill in the position for a full-time Accountant in our group member from Belgrade. Responsibilities

• Handle accounting and bookkeeping requirements on behalf of the company, its group companies and client companies
• Preparation of Management Accounts and reports for internal usage
• Occasional business trips abroad for international projects
• Handle accounting for Real Estate Projects
• Monitor cash floats
• Filing of documents in an orderly manner
• Reconciliation of bank accounts, petty cash, debtors and creditors
• Create and maintain modelling-sheet and presentations
• Cooperation with bookkeeper

Required Qualifications / Knowledge

• Preferably holding a bachelor’s degree from Faculty of Economics, module Accounting, Audit and Financial Management or other education with primary focus on Accounting
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting, with ideally experience in international companies
• VAT experience and familiarity with intercompany loans
• Ideally, candidates should have basic knowledge about financial markets and valuations of financial assets
• Excellent communication skills in English (Written & Spoken)
• Good attention to details and organisational skills
• Previous experience in working with accounting software
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure
• Ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team
• Ability and willingness to occasionally travel to Cyprus
