Borealis L.A.T doo Serbia is looking for an Accountant on a temporary, part- time basis. The role holder will be based in Novi Beograd. You will become a member of the Serbian Accounting team.

Tasks

• participate in the month end closing activities (accruals, allocations, reconciliations)
• periodical fiscal statements (VAT returns etc.)
• keeping of company’s books up-to-date (booking of vendor invoices, bank statements and any other necessary bookings)
• contribution to the year end  financial statements
• keeping up-to-date his/her knowledge in legal regulations and Borealis rules on cost and financial accounting principles
• general tasks in cost accounting and financial accounting
• handling and controlling petty cash
• ensure accuracy and completeness of documents processed

Requirements

• accounting/business administration background (commercial academy or graduate)
• very good English language skills
• 3-4 years of experience in accounting 
• very good knowledge of the SAP cost accounting, financial accounting modules
