In this Role:
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Publish financial statements in time
- Does the salary calculation and payment
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing budget forecasts
- Processing tax payments and returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Manages payments of program licenses, subscriptions, etc.
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
- Complies with state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Minimum 5 years of accountant experience
- Previous work experience in an international company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
- High initiative and ability to work independently
- BSc in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree
- Proficiency in English written and oral. All other languages are a plus
