The Company
xSource supports the rapid growth of medium-sized international tech businesses by providing first-class accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial control services. It has been operating for 12 years.
The Position
Working and living in Novi Sad, you will directly work on a portfolio of SME clients. Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Balance Sheet reconciliation
- Month end preparation
- Maintain internal systems and processes
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Tax (management or processing depending on your experience)
Requirements
If you are keen to pursue this genuinely exciting opportunity, you will need to have a number of attributes:
- Commitment to developing through training, and participating proactively in staff meetings
- Faculty of Economics is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage
- Strong IT skills and sound knowledge of Excel, Word, Gmail, and similar applications
- Proficient and confident with the English language
