Accounting Assistant

We are currently looking for highly motivated and reliable candidates for a position of Accounting Assistant (based in Jagodina)

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily review of unpaid invoice data base and follow up with customers
• Prepare and send a customer collection notice
• Update the internal invoicing system for new invoices and customer payments
• Other administrative activities related to accounting
• Providing of superior customer service

Requirements:

• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• High School Diploma
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to maintain a very high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop successful client relationships
