Accounting Assistant

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Billing - receiving and formal checking of all the paperwork from drivers and sending it to factoring company
• Control of all sent invoices and their status
• Tracking and reporting of price deviations
• Handling the price deviations
• Handling the allowances
• Importing and checking all the fuel records
• Making drivers statements/paychecks, checking them and sending to the drivers
• depositing the money
• Cost control and payments
• Handling the cost deviations
• Depositing money for the the employees
• Payroll
• Communication with the accounting agency
• Various administrative tasks
• Various administrative tasks 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Faculty of Economics
• Problem - solving aptitude
• Flexibility
• Responsibility
• High-level focus on customer service
• Must be able to multi-task and keep calm under pressure
• Good team player
