Accounting Clerk / Billing Specialist

We are a fast rising trucking company, with a young, professional team of workers. Our main office is based in Nis.

We are currently looking for a person with previous experience in Accounting part of the trucking business. 

Responsibilities:

• Process and distribute incoming mail
• Process and file driver paperwork
• Entering loads in the system (Pro Transport)
• Process billing invoices
• Other various Ad Hoc duties
• Work with the finance team who provides direction to perform the relevant accounting and financial tasks required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience at the same or similar job position is MANDATORY!
• Experience with Pro Transport software is a plus
• Independent thinker with analytic thinking skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work as a part of the team
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
