Accounting Clerk / Billing Specialist
We are a fast rising trucking company, with a young, professional team of workers. Our main office is based in Nis.
We are currently looking for a person with previous experience in Accounting part of the trucking business.
Responsibilities:
- Process and distribute incoming mail
- Process and file driver paperwork
- Entering loads in the system (Pro Transport)
- Process billing invoices
- Other various Ad Hoc duties
- Work with the finance team who provides direction to perform the relevant accounting and financial tasks required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience at the same or similar job position is MANDATORY!
- Experience with Pro Transport software is a plus
- Independent thinker with analytic thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work as a part of the team
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
