Accounting Specialist - Financial Manager

The Accounting Specialist is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day accounting functions, payroll, accruals, financial statement preparation, and performing general accounting functions as required.
Responsibilities for Accounting Specialist
- Enter expense transactions
- Multiple Bank deposits and reconciliations of accounts
- Deposit and cash reports
- Process vendor’s invoices and customers refunds
- Process employee payrolls
- Manage daily balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
- Must be able to work shift 14:00 - 22:00.(Monday - Friday)
- Good writing and speaking in English
