The Accounting Specialist is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day accounting functions, payroll, accruals, financial statement preparation, and performing general accounting functions as required.

Responsibilities for Accounting Specialist

• Enter expense transactions
• Multiple Bank deposits and reconciliations of accounts
• Deposit and cash reports
• Process vendor’s invoices and customers refunds
• Process employee payrolls
• Manage daily balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
• Must be able to work shift 14:00 - 22:00.(Monday - Friday)
• Good writing and speaking in English
