Accounting Specialist

Contact Service, a Belgrade-based BPO specializing in contact center services, is looking for a new addition to our team. We pride ourselves on our dedication to improving the processes that ensure we fulfill both our clients’ and users’ needs and expectations. Thus, we are on the lookout for someone who will spearhead invoicing and billing towards affiliates, perform both accounts payable and accounts receivable duties, and provide administrative support to fill the position of:

Accounting Specialist

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Gathering and providing invoices to clients and process payments upon trip completion in a timely manner
• Accounts receivable and payable through comparison of payments received with invoiced amounts – reconciliations
• Billing affiliates while providing appropriate support to resolve potential billing issues
• Performing local affiliate’s payroll duties and creation of biweekly reports on their hours
• Manage and update credit card information on file
• Compile reports and relay info on all outstanding issues to management
• Performing analytics for accounting – financial statements
• Other office administration duties as assigned (fleet and maintenance record, etc.)

Candidate profile:

• Dispatch or accounting background desired (limo industry experience preferred)
• Excellent command of the English language (B2/C1 level)
• Proficient PC user (MS Office, QuickBooks/QuickBooks online preferred) and willingness to learn
• Good organization and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail
• Available to work afternoon shifts
