Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities:

• Acquisition of plots for new retail or residential projects
• Site selection and due diligence
• Set the project strategy
• On-time and on-budget completion of the assigned projects
• Creating a working schedule and budget
• Coordination of the complete development process 
• Cooperation with Project Manager, Construction Manager, Leasing Manager, Legal counsel  
• Reporting to the Country Manager

Required work experience:

• Previous similar experience (5+ years)
• Experience in acquisitions and retail development
• University graduate (Technical University or University of Economics/Business)
• Strong time-management and project management skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication skills 
• High motivation, flexibility and productivity
• Advanced level of English (knowledge of Czech/Slovak is an advantage)
• B drivers license
