Regulatory and Sales Support

Required qualifications:

• University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or Stomatology
• Fluency in English
• Excellent with MS Office, especially with Excel
• 2 years of related working experience in the same or similar position
• Valid driving license

Main responsibilities:

• Responsibility for all regulatory requirements of company products (registration of new products, renewal of registrations, registration changes)
• Managing registration documentation (dossiers and certificates)
• Continuous communication with internal 3M regulatory department
• Responsible for communication with Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices of Serbia
• Follow-up of the requirements in the regulatory field in terms of knowledge of their actual state
• Informing the supervisor about the regulations and their eventual changes
• Supplying and supporting the local distributor with all necessary documents concerning the company’s products for tender participation
• Collect sell out data (including tender data) from distributors and presenting data in form of reports
• Create and update tender databases
• Responsible for payment tracking at distributor and processing distributor agreements
• In charge for business plan updating
• Assisting in event organization/promo activities
• Supporting marketing campaigns and preparing promo materials
• Project ROI tracking
• Samples tracking
