ROLE SUMMARY

• Complete secretarial and administrative support in all business activities
• Business bookkeeping and handling invoices
• Keeping administrative and operational records and interpret procedures for employees
• Prepare reports, letters, presentations, organizational charts, and other documents

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of working experience in same or similar position
• Knowledge of Italian and English language
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to organize and maintain confidential or sensitive documents
• Personal qualities: communication and organizational skills, high level of independence
