The company YUMIS d.o.o. Niš was founded in 1991 as a private company. The main activity is the production of soups, spices, puddings, whipped cream, teas, peanuts, additives for the bakery industry and many other products. Over the next 30 years, Yumis develops its sales network and significantly expands its business with the results achieved. Today, many groups of Yumis products occupy a significant share in domestic and foreign market. Due to the expansion of our local business, we are looking for proactive and highly responsible candidates for the following position:
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
- Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings;
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees and other external partners;
- Take minutes during meetings;
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence;
- Organize and maintain the office filing system, etc;
Required Skills and Experience:
- University degree (BS/MS) social science;
- Work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role;
- Fluent knowledge of the English language;
- Excellent MS Office knowledge;
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
