For further growth, Donauchem d.o.o. is looking for a new employee, position described below:

Your role

• Office support:
• Acceptance and handling incoming invoices
• Preparation of documentation for accounting agency
• Cooperation with chemical advisor (handling documentation, annual reports)
• ISO Standards
• Preparation of annual reports to Ministries.
• Sales support:
• Receiving inquiries from clients and handling them further
• Sending offers to clients (via SAP B1 system)
• Loading order confirmations to SAP B1 system and sending to clients
• Handling deliveries to clients (cooperation with warehouses)
• Issuing delivery notes via SAP B1 system (cooperation with local logistic companies)
• Invoicing via SAP B1 system

Skills and experience

• Enthusiastic, pro-active and supportive personality, willing to learn and advance
• English language fluent (written and spoken)
• PC Literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SAP B1 (will be accepted as advantage)
• Experience in similar duties (will be accepted as advantage)
