Advanced Development Engineer for Power Electronics - EMI Expert

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Development of EMC filter components for inverter and converter power electronics
Simulation and optimization of the power electronics system EMI behavior, considering the interaction of the individual inverter subcomponents and the external system components
Evaluation and simulation of advanced power electronics topologies with respect to EMI behavior
Validation of simulation models with hardware prototypes
Analysis of the project requirements and derivation of the EMC concept for pre-series products
Participation in advanced development projects and cooperation with the ZF series teams and international partners

Your profile:

University degree in electrical engineering, high-frequency technology or similar field
Profound knowledge in the field of EMC, ideally with automotive power electronics background
Hardware development and simulation expertise
Confident appearance in contact with project partners and distinct communication competences
Independent work required, driving innovation, being initiative and being a team player
High level of written and spoken English
