Advanced Quality Engineer

Yanfeng Seating d.o.o. Kragujevac, a member of the Yanfeng group, a global automotive trim supplier, with presence on 3 continents, and in over 100 locations, is expanding it’s business with a greenfield investment in Serbia. We are looking for a motivated candidate, to become a core team member of our new factory in the position of: ADVANCED QUALITY ENGINEER

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the achievement of customer-specific objectives, including the execution of all quality-relevant activities within the customer project and representation to the customer;
• Execution and control of all quality planning tasks in the development phase and/or changes in the serial production;
• Take responsibility and support cross functional team for supplier issues and complaints;
• Execution of the customer advanced product quality planning;
• Support of the plant quality function in the event of relocation under consideration of costs/resources objectives; 
• During the development phase, responsible for tracking, sharing with cross-functional team and solving of all quality issues on related product;
• Securing change management and support to serial production to achieve best customer satisfaction during lifetime of products;
• Focus on parts localization, and the new components development and responsibility for components quality during project development;
• Support local and global components quality escalation topics to suppliers;

Requirements:

• Bachelor diploma (min. 180 ESPB) in Mechanical engineering or related field;
• 5 or more years of working experience in quality/quality assurance in automotive industry; 
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA;
• Knowledge of problem solving methods, control plan and process flow;
• Preffered experience/knowledge of stamping, welding and casting processes;
• Very good command of spoken and written English;
• Ability to work in multicultural environment;
• Excelent interpersonal/organizational skills, strong sense of team belonging.
