Who we are

Cvjetićanin & Partners — advises on IT / ICT law, intellectual property, data protection (GDPR), internet & media, sports and corporate law. We work with technology companies, regular scale-ups, and innovators across Serbia and the region. 

What you’ll do

You’ll learn fast and contribute from day one by supporting matters such as:

• Tech & commercial: assisting with NDAs, SaaS/EULA/SLA terms, software & cloud licensing, open-source–friendly terms, service and procurement contracts.
• Corporate and sports law: wide range of corporate support and compliance, as well as sports arbitration.
• Privacy & GDPR: helping draft DPAs/SCCs, cookie & ePrivacy checks, and handling data subject requests under supervision.
• IP & media: basic IP clearance and research, trademark searches/filings support, takedown notices, content and platform terms, media litigation.
• Labor law: drafting labor contracts rulebooks and other related documents, labor litigation.
• Client delivery: legal research, drafting, meeting prep; increasing client exposure as your skills grow.

What you bring

• LL.B. completed
• Clear interest in ICT/IT law, IP, GDPR, media/internet, labor, sports and business law.
• Solid English (B2+).
• Detail focus, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Master’s studies (ongoing or planned) in IP or a related field.
• Up to 6 mounts of experience (internship, clinic, moot court, research assistant, etc.).
