Workforce has partnered with reputable multinational company that works in construction industry. We are looking for candidate who will support their expansion at position of: Aftersales Manager, (Belgrade)

Job description: 

  • Responsibility for aftersales results (parts, attachments and service turnover)
  • Expansion and strengthening of result orientated sales of parts, attachments and service hours in line with aftersales department guidelines
  • Preparing regional aftersales campaigns in line with department guidelines
  • Regular reporting using of the existing systems, reports and methods and participation in development and implementation of the yearly business operating plan
  • Identifying opportunities to improve local business performance
  • Guidance of the co-workers and introduction of training measures.

Qualifications:

  • Higher education or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
  • 3 years of experience in aftersales support would be preferred
  • Knowledge of construction machinery or trucking industry is an advantage
  • English speaking skills
    Practical experience in organization of aftersales activities (sales of parts, attachments and maintenance service support)
  • Prepared for traveling
