Responsibilities:

-Work on outgoing calls as dispatcher for our American client; 
-Coordinate communication between brokers and carriers;
-Manage databases and sending reports using client’s platform;
-Working Monday to Friday, second shift.

Requirements:

-Fluent in English;
-Previous working experience in similar positions will be taken into account;
-Detail oriented and target driven personality;
-Able to perform under pressure.
