Digitec is Switzerland's online market leader in the fields of IT, consumer electronics and telecommunication, while Galaxus is the largest online department store in Switzerland. Galaxus is expanding towards different European countries: Galaxus.de and Galaxus.at are already running and new countries will follow.

TASKS

• Provide hands-on support in setting agile processes with focus on agile working methods (Kanban, Scrum)
• Assist in analyzing deficiencies and implementing tools to improve the effectiveness of OKRs
• Actively promote the agile mindset companywide through tools and workshops and act as a role model for agile principles
• Actively contribute to main People and Organizational development focus areas:
  • Enable organizational growth by promoting a learning culture and promoting the proactive implementation of changes, identifying growth inhibitors and taking remedial measures
  • Support employees to improve their skills and competencies in order to achieve company goals (especially performance, quality, innovation)

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework and OKR Frameworks
• A proactive approach in motivating individuals and teams to embrace changes and an affinity for transferring knowledge
• Excellent oral and written English (German or French would be an advantage)
• Ideally, you have a Computer Science background and experience as an Agile Coach, Product Owner, Agile Project Manager, or similar
