Digitec is Switzerland's online market leader in the fields of IT, consumer electronics and telecommunication, while Galaxus is the largest online department store in Switzerland. TASKS

• Provide hands-on support in setting agile processes with focus on agile working methods (Kanban, Scrum)
• Assist in analyzing deficiencies and implementing tools to improve the effectiveness of OKRs
• Actively promote the agile mindset companywide through tools and workshops and act as a role model for agile principles
• Actively contribute to main People and Organizational development focus areas:
  • Enable organizational growth by promoting a learning culture and promoting the proactive implementation of changes, identifying growth inhibitors and taking remedial measures
  • Support employees to improve their skills and competencies in order to achieve company goals (especially performance, quality, innovation)

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework and OKR Frameworks
• A proactive approach in motivating individuals and teams to embrace changes and an affinity for transferring knowledge
• Excellent oral and written English (German or French would be an advantage)
• Ideally, you have a Computer Science background and experience as an Agile Coach, Product Owner, Agile Project Manager, or similar
