IT Project Manager
AgroInvest is an organization that supports the development of rural areas in Serbia since 2001 with a vision to bring life in all its fullness to rural families. Our organization needs to have a new Management Information System and for that purpose we are looking for an individual to work on the following position:
IT Project Manager
The purpose of this position is to conduct all the system identification and requirements setting at each level of the organization in order to ensure successful selection of new software system for Serbia. Key activities include but are not limited to:
- Develop full-scale project plans, needed resources (budget plans and variances) and implementation plan with timelines
- Track project milestones and deliverables as well as develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
- Develop requirements document that will be used to choose adequate “off the shelf” software
- Create proposal that will show comparison of a list of “off the shelf” software systems with pros and cons in every area
This project is on the consulting basis approximated to last for 11 weeks, which would be the Phase 1. If we move forward with the implementation, then the same consultant can be recruited to conduct the implementation (Phase 2). The position may be based in any city in Serbia.
Conditions:
- University Degree in the area of Computer Science
- Very strong communications and facilitation skills, open-minded and curious.
- Strong analytical skills;
- Previous working experience in managing information system assessment, preferably in the financial sector ( provide references)
- Strong English language knowledge, both in writing and verbally.
