Deputy CEO – Regional Sales and Marketing
Goals and Objectives:
- Increase sales on the strategic level
- Providing assistance to CEO in establishment, development and implementation of the business strategy, management and organization of the company, with strong accent on sales and marketing
- Designing, improvement and establishment of the internal processes in sales and marketing
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Strategic planning, resources alocation and implementation especially in the area of sales and marketing
- Implementation of the strategy and business planning
- Improvement / establishment of the operational processes in the sales and marketing
- Setting operational performance goals, which are high, attainable and long term related for all working units
- Establishes projects for reaching business plans goals related to development and profitability.
- Facilitate resolution of issues between departments
- Establish directions and structure to operational units (sales and marketing, business support, production)
- Conduct regular meetings with department heads to ensure that priorities are clear and coordination is good
- Follows directions from CEO/BD
- Take charge when CEO is absent
Qualifications:
- University degree, preferable MBA
Professional/leadership experience:
- Minimum 5 (five) years of relevant work experience at upper/top management position, preferable in food & beverage industry
Special professional skills:
- Excellent knowledge of sales and marketing
- Extensive knowledge of regional food and beverage markets
Key Competences:
- Leadership, strategic planning and implementation
- Control of subordinates, proactive approach, verbal and written communication
- Negotiation skills
- Organizing analytical and problem solving skills
- Team work
Language
skills:
- English (Fluent), languages of the ex-Yu republics will be considered an asset
Other:
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Clean driving license
