Application Support Officer

IT Division

Belgrade

Key Responsibilities:

• Tracking and controlling application systems as well as participating in process adjustments
• 2^nd level support for application systems
• Active participation in IT application systems implementation with vendor
• Active participation in tests for application systems
• Installing and configuring applications
• Troubleshooting application systems, diagnosing and solving software issues
• Providing support, including procedural documentation
• Leading projects and initiatives as a project manager from IT side
• Working closely with other team members or clients to design, develop, implement and test configuration and functional changes to application

Requirements:

• University degree in related field, Engineering or Computer Science
• Relevant experience in IT, ideally within a financial services environment
• Knowledge of software technologies: basic knowledge of software development; knowledge in SQL/PLSQL
• Strong and demonstrable problem solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency communication skills in English, verbal and written
• Analytical, proactive, goal oriented person
