Job description
- Assisting with systems integrations
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
- Identifying and resolving technical issues
- Responding to incidents related to applications in scope
- Performing application patching, deployments, and upgrades
- Cooperating with other SME`s on solving issue
- Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organisation’s systems
- Developing reports for teams across the business
Requirements
Must have:
- Basic knowledge on Windows, Linux OS & TCP/IP
- Knowledge on 2 and 3 tier application architecture
- Knowledge in middleware applications such as IIS, Appache, JBoss, WebLogic and similar
- Basic knowledge in databases such as MS SQL & MySQL
- Programming skills will be considered as plus
- Troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in English language
