SEO Specialist

We are an international proxy server provider with a distributed team worldwide. Our products include proxy-based solutions (alternative IP addresses) in a range of B2B and B2C areas, such as e-commerce, gaming and streaming services, search engines, social networks, and ticket booking services.

We assist companies in various industries in automating data collection for value proposition creation and marketing programs, including recruiting, real estate, SaaS services, reputation services, pricing monitoring, local SEO, and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

- Planning and implementing internet marketing strategies.
- Project promotion in the Google search engine.
- Compiling and updating the semantic core.
- Clustering of keywords.
- Developing a link-building strategy, budget planning (requires an understanding of all link-building techniques).
- On-page optimization at both page-level and site-wide levels.
- Monitoring and analyzing achieved results (positions, traffic, leads).
- Preparation of reports (quarterly, monthly, weekly).
- Involvement in the processes of developing new projects and improvements to existing ones.
- Distribution and supervision of tasks among team members (designer, web developer, copywriter, illustrator, agencies) using a task manager.
- Participation in weekly reporting meetings to discuss weekly results.

Requirements:

- Profound knowledge of SEO and real experience in international projects.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SERPstat, Semrush, and others.
- Experience in creating data slices for analysis (we may ask you to demonstrate your skills in real-time).
- Understanding of the website development process (prototyping, design, coding, CMS integration).
- Basic knowledge of HTML + CSS.
- Familiarity with popular CMS platforms at a user level (adding/removing pages, menu item adjustments, etc.).
- Proficient in English.
- Additional advantages include knowledge of YMYL, EAT, the ability to diagnose penalties, and preparation of technical audits.
- Adherence to defined KPIs.
