AREA/DISTRICT MANAGER (m/f)

for the area of:
Serbia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Position Summary:

• Communication and control with the Team of YamamaY
• Creating, leading, and training of Staff
• Realization of Sales plan 
• Best sellers position by sales statistics 
• Monitoring and control of the Franchising Brand rules and work procedures

Requirements:

• University preferable
• Minimum 3 years of experience in International Franchising Fashion Retail systems 
• Experience in managing Staff (5/6 people per shop) 
• Developed communication and presentation skills 
• Autonomy and organization
• Conscientious work performance
• Computer skills (MS Office)
• Excellent English (knowledge of Italian is a plus)
• Residence: Belgrade
