Automotive Electrical Engineer

Our team develops self-driving cars. We are looking for an engineer to help produce and assemble hardware like sensors, cameras, cables, and connectors.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the production and assembly of components for self-driving cars (including wire and harness production)
• Repair and maintain the electrical components of self-driving cars
• Diagnose breakdowns
• Install and replace sensors (lidars, cameras, radars)
• Calibrate sensors (lidars, cameras, radars)

Qualifications:

• Skills and experience with crimping tools (preferred cable types: AWG 22-16, RG-316, RG-174)
• Understanding of electronic system operations for cars
• Experience with measuring equipment and tools
• Experience following diagrams (drawings) to manufacture harnesses and wires
• Experience installing (connecting) harnesses and wires in a car
• Experience with car assembly and disassembly
• Advanced computer skills and an understanding of the design and principles of computer component interactions
• Ability to think outside the box and find solutions in new situations
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Fluency in English

Preferred qualifications:

• Brazing skills
• Basic knowledge of Russian
