Responsibilities:

• Respond to internal and external requests in a timely manner via telephone, email, chat and other channels;
• Manage databases using CRM to extract, input or review information;
• Reporting and monitoring of KPI’s, risk, billing and others tasks;
• Creation and optimization of processes and procedures;
• Coordination between different departments, partners and suppliers; 

Requirements:

• Fluent in English;
• Proven working experience as Back Office Agent;
• Detail oriented and target driven personality able to perform under pressure;
• Proficiency working with CRM, Microsoft Office, and other technology tools.
