What You Will be Doing
- Develop opportunities through cold-call prospecting & follow up on leads
- Utilize our CRM to ensure activities are documented
- Prospect to marketing and operations professionals at insurance brokerages/agencies
- Maintain a working knowledge of company products
- Create rapport, credibility & build trust based relationships
- Be resilient & persistent
- Attend Sales training and team meetings and possibly conventions
- Responsible for achievement of sales goals/targets
- Comply with company policies and procedures
Your Profile
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- 2+ years Sales experience, especially in B2B
- Proficiency in French (C1/C2)
- Proficiency in English (C1/C2)
- Experience with online software demos
- Tech savvy person
- Highly motivated to succeed in a performance driven environment
- Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
- Track record of success and quota achievement
