Position: Billing Specialist - QuickBooks

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

As a Billing Specialist - QuickBooks, you will play a vital role in our finance department. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Daily Charge Processing: Accurately record and process daily charges related to transportation services.
• Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring all charges are correctly reflected.
• Entering Client Payments: Process client payments promptly and accurately, maintaining up-to-date records.
• Reconciling Chauffeur Payments: Ensure that chauffeur payments are reconciled and aligned with client invoices.

Qualifications:

• Quick Books experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in a similar finance role, preferably in the transportation industry.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• English fluency is a MUST.

Salary range: $850 Net, paid in RSD equivalent - we cover all necessary taxes, benefits etc. to ensure that our employees are compliant with local labor laws. All employees at Find Staff are employed with full time contracts.
