- Will answer directly to the General Manager;
- Assists the general manager with his duties;
- Managing the company’s website, Facebook and Linkedin page – (updating content, pictures etc.);
- Developing and maintaining effective customer/suppliers/state authorities relations; both internal and external;
- Generates invoices in accordance to customer orders;
- Electronic notice for the delivery cars and internal stock;
- Liase with customers to resolve billing issues in collaboration with Sales and Operations teams
- Creating various reports (sales, cash-flow, customers, etc).
- Bachelor's degree preferred in economics;
- Experience in working with a accounting software is an advantage (Wings);
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Teamwork skills;
- Fluent in English or Romanian, both writing and spoken.
