Business Analyst (Poslovni analitičar)

Primary responsibilities:

• Requirement gathering, analysis information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into details
• Understanding the problem from all the perspectives (business, technical, and end-user), analyzing the available options and constraints and recommending possible solutions
• Creation of high-quality communication channel between the Clients/Product Owners and Development team (Requirements Analysis, User Stories)
• Managing a project`s scope, monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
• Designing or reviewing test cases, process change requests, user acceptance testing
• Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Contribution to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Creation of comprehensive documentation for the different types of readers (use cases, functional and requirement specifications documents, end-user documentation/manuals)
• Creation informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Experience on at least one project in the IT Business Analyst role is a plus
• Business structure knowledge
• Excellent documentation skills
• Understanding of systems engineering concepts
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
