Responsible for the analysis of business demands, change management process administration and coordination of activities within department.

Proposes solutions adjusted by key technical and business stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and execute business analysis process
• Responsible for managing change demands, including the analysis and prioritisation and constant information of the business lines on demand status
• Management of change demands and consequences thereof from the point of solutions
• Change Management Process administration
• Proposes scenarios with solutions for the fulfilment of business needs and demands
• Prepares feasibility study so that the optimum solution could be determined
• Manages and proposes the development of business systems and service strategy
• Develops and continuously updates relevant procedures and documentation
• Other responsibilities relating to the assigned role of project manager or project analyst

For the good start, you will need:

• Bachelor degree or higher, preferably in IT / organization / telecommunications
• Good business understanding
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, IT and/or telecommunications
• Proven capability of efficiently multi-tasking under pressure while keeping the tight timelines
• Objective oriented
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Fluent English
