We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help us with internal managerial reporting, project management presentations, due diligence analysis, including sourcing of potential vendors, and internal managerial accounting reporting and control. The ideal candidate should have a strong business background and interest in Fintech and IT industries and a solid quantitative basis, but no prior working experience is required. The position would report directly to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities

• Prepare periodic management reports and presentations, including but not limited to project progress
• Due diligence preparation in line with the the overall quality management and quality excellence policy, including but not limited to potential vendors
• Assist with internal budgeting process, prepare ad hoc reports, assess budget alignment on a regular and ad hoc basis
• Work closely and constructively with senior management to ensure overall project success
• Work with development teams as needed when assessing sourcing options

Qualifications

• No prior experience is required, but considered a plus
• Relevant strong academic background, e.g. in Business, Finance, Economics or related fields, MBA is considered a plus, but not a requirement
• Demonstrable interest in fintech or IT industries
• Fluency in English is required
• Working knowledge of German is considered a plus
• Knowledge of Serbian is not required, but must be willing to relocate to Belgrade
