Business Analyst

We are looking for a business analyst to join our ambitious healthcare team at amétiq labs. Our core business in healthcare lies in the development and operation of amétiq siMed, Switzerland’s most modern medical software, and the unique medical ecosystem amétiq cloud with over 6,000 users. This makes us the first port of call for the digitalization of medical practices throughout the entire treatment process.

Your tasks:

• Co-design of the “next generation”, cloud-based healthcare information system
• Analysis of customer requirements & market trends, in particular networked digitalization
• Creating requirements specifications for new features, e.g. in the areas of agenda management, medical history, billing or various interfaces
• Technical contact person for software engineers in the Scrum team
• Developing test cases for new features
• Carrying out system and regression tests
• Creating end user documentation
• Analyzing error messages from customers as 3rd level support

Requirements:

• Sound education, e.g. university of applied sciences with technical know-how
• Experience in requirements engineering, preferably with practical know-how in the area of data interfaces and with modern cloud / eco-systems
• Ideally experience in the medical field
• Very good analytical skills
• Enjoy working in a dynamic team
• Good language skills in English. German would be great but optional
