Job description:

• Researching, planning, and implementing new strategies for business and revenue growth
• Doing market research and acquiring new clients
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
• Keep records of successful sales, revenue, etc.
• Training business development staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Knowledge of the blockchain industry
• Proven sales track record in the blockchain industry
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a relevant role, in the blockchain industry
• Proficiency in English
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good organizational skills
• Good time management and planning skills
