Business Process Analyst

• We are looking for a proactive and analytical problem solver to join our team in the Organization and Business Process Management Office @ Banca Intesa Belgrade. 

• In this role you will have the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives of the Bank and get to know the Bank's processes in-and-out. You will work with top experts in the field and you will provide business leaders with strategic insights and recommendations.

Place of work: Belgrade

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to identify needs for process and organization improvements
• Map and measure selected processes and activities and collect good-quality data that will be further analysed
• Analyse data, test hypothesis and provide tangible recommendations for process improvements in various areas of the Bank
• Create business cases for process and/or organization change proposals
• Negotiate the change proposals with stakeholders in the Bank and drive the change forward

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis or business process management is required
• Engineering, IT or technical/process management background with a University degree
• A proactive attitude to work
• A drive for continuous learning and personal development
• Excellent knowledge of English
