BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Located in Belgrade

◼ Regular analysis of AS-IS business processes

◼ Maintenance of catalog of business processes (workflows)

◼Definition, implementation and monitoring of KPI system

◼Design and implementation of optimized TO-BE business processes

◼Enhancements of business process efficiency by using digital and innovative technologies (i.e RPA, ChatBot, etc.)

◼Analysis of FTE capacities in the company

◼Maintenance and enhancement of certified QMS systems of the
company (ISO 9001, etc.)

◼Implementation of new methods and solutions for business process improvement (i.e. OpEx, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, etc.)

◼Development and maintenance of company business
documentation in accordance with QMS systems and company
standards

◼ Preparation of necessary reports to Local and UNIQA Group
management

◼ University or MA degree - social or technical discipline preferred

◼ At least 3 years of work experience on the similar position

◼ Experience in business process management and methods for business process improvement

◼Experience in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001)

◼Fluent English – oral and written

◼MS Office, Visio

◼Excellent communication and negotiation skills

◼Analytical thinking and ability to translate strategy into action

◼ Strong customer and service orientation

◼Solution oriented thinking

◼Creativity, ability to improvise and make things happen

◼Team orientation - listen and respond to others, as well as, readiness to take over responsibility

◼ Passion for performance and motivation to go the extra mile with leadership qualities
