We are looking for new members to join Telenor Common Operation Serbia (TnCO)! Responsible for consultancy, operation and development for SAP Success Factor and systems in ERP domain.

TnCO is a Technology Service Provider delivering Network and IT services to Telenor Business units in CEE and beyond. Established on the 1st October 2013, the company has 600+ employees in four countries: Bulgaria, Hungary, Montenegro and Serbia. As of August 2018, TnCO is part of PPF Group.

Some of the tasks you would be focusing on are:

• Responsible for design, development, implementation and testing of ERP solutions according to business requirements
• Maintain availability of ERP domain and SAP Success Factor
• Support implementation, integration, maintenance, resource and performance control of ERP and SAP Success Factor
• Short term planning of upgrades and capacity expansions
• Ad-hoc business support for end users
• Take active part in development of processes, methods and tools used within Department
• Support CNOC team; participate in on-call service

An ideal candidate would:

• Have Technical education in electrical engineering or computer science
• Ability to work in an international team
• Good knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
• Desirable but not required knowledge of SQL, Oracle DB
• Knowledge of HR and Financial processes is a plus
• Previous experience on SAP ERP, Oracle Ebusiness Suite, Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP/HR systems is highly beneficial
• Previous experience on SAP SuccessFactors HRIS system is a plus
• Market and customer oriented way of thinking and attitude, result oriented
