Business Transformation Expert

About the role:

Yettel is seeking a sharp, talented and energetic Business Transformation Expert. This role is located within Commercial division and is part of the team responsible for enabling operational excellence, digital business transformation and continuous improvements. If you are passionate about process optimization and digitalization, we’d like to meet you.

What will we expect from you:

• Proactive drive – direct the business transformation and process design towards improving overall business model and maximizing Yettel’s profitability.
• Clear prioritization – ensure all critical requirements are met within the scope of business transformation and relevant ancillary activities.
• Analytics and planning – be data-driven in identifying and assessing proposed business solutions including business impacts, risk mitigations and scenario planning.
• Embracing change – be willing to break the comfort-zone with forward-thinking and future-focused solution designs, ready to challenge the status quo and improve on past experiences.
• Brave communication – manage various stakeholders with recognized impacts on both technology and business development maps to protect Yettel's profitability.

For a good start, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in business, telecommunications, engineering or organizational sciences.
• 5+ years of experience in process management and/or telecommunication industry.
• Strong analytical mindset set on optimization and prioritization.
• Ability to connect less dots than others and realize the picture before them.
• Experience working with X-functional and X-cultural teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Fluency in English

Would be great advantage if you also had:

• Master’s degree.
• Knowledge of BPMN tools and design.
• Experience in business and/or digital transformation.
