CNC Engineer (Computer Numerical Control)

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for the CNC process development and assessment
• Resopsible for CNC technology parameter adjustment,the caculation and update of standard labor time
• Responsible for the assessment of CNC technology to ensure the correctness and rationality
• Responsible for CNC technology problem solving, technology improvement, effeciency promotion and cost reduction
• Responsible for the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) analysis and improvement plan
• Responsible for the solving and verification of field problems, the training and improvement of talent skills
• Responsible for the filing of technology documents

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor degree or above.
• 3 years and above CNC programing and operation experience
• Proficient in CNC programming and selection of cutting tool, the G code programming and M code;
• Familiar with the CNC equipment operation and maintenance (Mitsubishi and Frank, Siemens systems)
• Skillful in UG10.0, MasterCAM, CAD and other software;
• Skillful in QC seven gimmick analysis problem solving and process control ability, familiar with IE improvement technique and 8D;
• Familiar with IATF16949 related requirements
• Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, English can be used as working language.
