Workforce has partnered with Groupe Renault to support their expansion in Belgrade. We are looking for: CRM & Digital Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of tasks, timeline & budget of CRM and Digital Agency
  • Transversal communication with other departments of Renault Nissan Adriatic organization (Marketing, Fleet, Sales, Aftersales)
  • Roll out of new web pages/digital projects
  • Activities needed to monitor and track databases update (e.g., piloting implementation of the project for improvement of data infrastructure/synchronization to other systems, analytics and similar)
  • Deployment of mandatory applications and following materials, in order to facilitate connectivity of vehicles for Customers
  • Provide support and complement in activities with Marketing Communications department
  • Regular preparation of reports, based on defined KPIs
  • Administrative tasks (opening purchase orders, cost & budget management, etc.)

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field
  • Knowledge of CRM/PRM/Marketing automatization / Website management
  • Fluent in English
  • Advertising and Media knowledge is a plus
  • Responsible and reliable
