CRM Manager

Responsibilities:

• Create a promo (retention) plan for both sport and casino;
• Coordinate the localization of promotions and communication with the player; 
• Advice on the local events, which can be used in promos or highlight on site;
• Analyze the communication and promos (immediately and monthly) and make a plan of changes based on it;
• Create the texts for the site, wording on banners, etc.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years on same or similar position in gambling or/and betting industry (work in retention/promotion/content/CRM teams);
• knowledge of GGR, NGR, bonus ratio metrics, writing skills;
• customer-first mindset;
• analytical and strategic thinking skills;
• data-driven approach;
• excellent written communication and copywriting skills in English (B2 or higher),  Serbian - native.
